Located in the heart of the 24:1 footprint, we’re not only here with our neighbors, but we’re here for our neighbors. The success of the residents, businesses, and service providers within our area is also our responsibility.
We believe in elevating community voices.
The Legacy Center STL has hosted programming from the YWCA, Nurses for Newborns, the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank, the St. Louis Scholarship Foundation, Parents as Teachers, including activities for seniors including bingo and line dancing.
We provide a friendly, supportive space for events including preschool graduations and board retreats for local, Black-led non-profits. As we grow and continue building a reputation as a community anchor, we hope everyone in the 24:1 will recognize The Legacy Center STL as a place where they can find support, services, and social connections.
Beloved Communities
Beloved Communities is a program designed to support seniors through a combination of weekly activities and events that incorporate movement and mental fitness.
These programs build and strengthen the relationship with oneself and others while moving, breathing, sharing, and listening.
Our community co-working space is for residents and service providers.
Surround yourself with other passionate and creative community members while working in our semi-private co-working space.
Throughout the year, a variety of events tailored to the community are hosted at The Legacy Center.
