Soul Fresh, Soul Clean FREE Monthly Wellness Series

The Legacy Center STL is offering the Soul Fresh, Soul Clean free monthly wellness series open to the community starting March 7 and the first Saturday of the month (except July 4th) centering Black health, healing, and taking agency over protecting our bodies. Each month offers space to pause, reset, and renew through joy, reflection, and connection.

THIS MONTH
We will focus on accessibility to healthy food options in vulnerable communities and the need for balance. We welcome wellness partners and activities to exercise your mind and body. Enjoy activities such as; line dancing, yoga, sound bath and culinary. We will offer health screenings to check for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol.
