A Season of Joy and Growth
Our seven-week summer camp offers youth in the 24:1 district a dynamic and unforgettable adventure—entirely free! From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, children aged 5–11 engage in a whirlwind of activities led by outstanding St. Louis area partners.
· Circus Harmony – Mastering awe-inspiring circus skills
· Maryville University – Hands-on STEM projects
· Bread and Roses Missouri – Art and design
· The Black Repertory of St. Louis – Creative writing and improvisation
· Heru Urban Farming – Cultivating gardening and urban agriculture skills
Legacy Center STL summer camp activities include African drumming, yoga, entrepreneurship projects, mad science experiments, swimming lessons, and exciting field trips to places like the City Museum and the St. Louis Aquarium.
Social-Emotional Learning
Each camper embraces personal growth through dedicated social-emotional learning sessions, discovering the strength in expressing emotions and the beauty of resilience. The summer camp culminates in an inspiring showcase where our young stars share their talents, accomplishments, and joy with family, friends, and community supporters.
