The Legacy Center STL is offering the Soul Fresh, Soul Clean free monthly wellness series open to the community the first Saturday of the month centering Black health, healing, and taking agency over protecting our bodies. Each month offers space to pause, reset, and renew through joy, reflection, and connection.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Legacy Center STL will focus on accessibility to healthy food options in vulnerable communities and the need for balance. We welcome wellness partners and activities to exercise your mind and body. Enjoy activities such as; line dancing, yoga, sound bath, Zumba, family activities, massage therapy, and nutrition.
