Join us for an afternoon of joy\, reflection\, and revitalization as we prepare to lead with purpose and presence. \nWelcome to your day of renewal\, joy\, and self-care. Below are all breakout sessions. Please select only TWO sessions\, one from each Breakout. Each one is designed to support your well-being in fun\, creative\, and restorative ways. \nAGENDA: \n● 11:30AM – 1PM: Registration and Complimentary Lunch \n● 1:00PM – 2:00PM: Breakout Session ONE \n● 2:10PM – 3:10PM: Breakout Session TWO \n● 3:10PM – 3:30PM: Resource Table \nThis powerful mid-day experience is designed to refresh the mind\, body\, and spirit a. In centering wellness\, we will focus on accessibility to healthy food options and the need for balance. Experience deep relaxation through sound as crystal bowls and chimes help you reset and restore. \n3: Up & Rockin’ (Rock Climbing Wall) \nTake time to move\, grow and rise. Challenge yourself\, conquer your fears and stimulate your mind with rock climbing. \n4: Light your Light (Candle Making & Aromatherapy) \nPour your peace. Join this relaxing DIY session with multiple craft options designed to quiet the mind and spark joy. \n8: Circle of Play (Game Space) \nA relaxed space to unwind\, connect\, and have fun through classic games like Jenga\, Scrabble\, Chess card games and more. \n9: Ride to Restore \nParticipants engage in horseback riding and equine connection activities designed to promote emotional balance\, confidence\, and inner calm. \n10: Rhythm & Release (Zumba) \nSweat with a smile. Get your heart pumping and joy flowing with this high-energy\, dance-based workout. \n11: Mic Drop Karaoke \nGrab the mic and bring the energy. This interactive karaoke session invites participants to perform\, have fun with friends\, and celebrate the power of music and self-expression. \n12: Grounding with Green: Plant & Flower Therapy \nReconnect with your senses. This sensory journey invites you to slow down\, explore the goodness of the earth and reflect along the way. \n13: Massage Therapy \nUnwind and align. This interactive session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and master the art of self-care. \n14: Kickball Classic \nStep onto the field and enjoy playful competition with the entire group.
